1. Insufficient atomization air pressure: resulting in incomplete atomization, unevenness and poor effect.

3. Insufficient amount of compressed air: multiple spray guns are turned on at the same time for atomization, and automatic spray guns cannot work at the same time, which affects work efficiency. Air pressure has a great effect on spray guns. Without the guarantee of air pressure, automatic spray guns will not work normally. Therefore, what we need to ensure most is the stability and sufficient amount of air pressure. Otherwise, the spraying effect of the surface will not be guaranteed.

According to the geometrical differences of different types of automotive coatings, the following methods are often used in actual operation of spray guns.
1. Horizontal spraying method. The spraying pattern is straight, and the right hand holds the spray gun. Starting from the upper left side of the operator, move the wrench and proceed from left to right. When the distance to a junction is reached (the distance is controlled by the individual, generally 800~1000mm is appropriate), quickly go back and forth down to the left. The joint surface is generally 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, which can be mastered according to the type of paint. When spraying one area, spray another surface in sequence. According to custom, it can also be done from the opposite direction, that is, spray upward from the lower right side of the operator.
2. Longitudinal spraying method. The method is similar to the horizontal spraying method, except that the nozzle pattern of the spray gun is changed to a horizontal direction, and the spray gun runs back and forth from the upper left or upper right. It can also travel up and down from the bottom right or bottom left.
3. Vertical and horizontal cross method. When spraying, the first time of longitudinal spraying, and the second time of transverse spraying, the direction of the pattern must be changed each time.
4. Horizontal double method and vertical double method. The spraying direction remains the same. After the first spraying, spray it in the same way. The above operation methods should be selected randomly according to the type of paint.
