The performance of the industry is not static

The strengthening of China’s national policy has shaken the position of the Japanese mold industry.3 billion US dollars, which is close to Japan’s 3. The scale of production is rapidly expanding. Since it can only be divided into jobs, it is impossible to master the engraving technology,

and the turnover rate of employees is also high. However, there are also many disadvantages. No company in China can produce molds with an accuracy of 1/100 mm, and companies like this are everywhere in Japan. More and more companies realize that it is necessary to cultivate skilled technicians, and more and more companies have introduced Japanese metal mold manufacturing methods. The performance of the industry is not static. Will China surpass Japan not only in quantity but also in quality? In contrast, the technical strength of metal molds depends entirely on talents. All-round technicians continue to sharpen their engraving skills and manufacture the molds one by one.

In the mid-1990s, South Korea, which imported molds 45 Degree Elbow Pipe Fitting Mould from Japan, has grown into an exporter. China is quickly catching up with Japan, a major exporter of metal molds, and the secret lies in its completely different metal mold manufacturing method from Japan.

But the quality is only 70% of Japan. In 2009, mold exports exceeded imports. Increasing the accuracy of mixed operations reflects the national character, and Japan is still slightly better in this regard. Japanese mold manufacturing engineering ’the way of thinking about metal molds is completely different’, the Japanese technicians who visited China’s large metal mold factories could not hide their surprise. The advantage of Chinese-style crowded tactics is that they can be posted in a short time. It is this kind of mass production factory that supports the rapid growth of China’s metal mold production. In contrast, Japanese metal molds are produced by small and medium factories.
