Make sure your needle is inserted properly.After going thru the three checks, you may have to adjust the tension in order to sew a good stitch. Check your manual to see how this is done. Each time you have adjusted, sew a line of stitching. Well the Pro Form ab Glider essentially consists of a curved ‘glider track’ that is mounted on a very secure and sturdy base. This base is essentially circular with wide spread feet for stability.

Underneath the the glider track there is another handle support bar which rises to above the track and terminates in two separate handles. Each handle having a rubberized grip to ensure a firm hold can be maintained by the user.Finally there is the ‘glider’ itself which is mounted on the glider track and is free to move along the track as you exercise. The most commented on is the fact that as delivered the ab Glider has no handle adjustment.
