Gasket positioning of the heat exchange unit: 1. The first heat exchange plate of the heat exchange unit uses a four full-angle gasket to ensure the sealing of the gap between the fixed cover plate and the first plate. 2. The bonding between the remaining gaskets of the heat exchange unit and the heat exchange plate is as shown in the figure.
The last heat exchange plate is a blind plate without through holes. Before bonding the gaskets of the heat exchange unit, the four-corner pads for the first board and the ordinary board odd-odd pads should be sorted out. The bonding surface of the board should be cleaned and dried completely.
The adhesive on the surface of the gasket should be polished with sandpaper and a grinder. Use a wire brush to lick the adhesive coating. The choice of adhesive for the heat exchange unit should ensure that the rubber and steel plate have good adhesion. Generally, 704 milky white glue can be used. Glue should be evenly applied to the polished surface of the gasket and the sealing surface of the heat exchange plate. When bonding, the glue should be allowed to dry for 5~10min, and it should be pressed lightly by hand so as not to stick to the hand. Carefully put the gasket into the sealing surface of the heat exchange plate of the heat exchange unit, taking care not to let the sundries fall in. When the gasket of the heat exchange unit is attached to the heat exchange plate, a round-edge hammer can be used to tap it tightly.
