If these problems are not solved well, the characteristics of the balance valve cannot be fully displayed.

 

The function of the balance valve is to adjust the predetermined flow of each distribution point (such as each floor) in the system. Balancing valves are installed at the entrance of each building, which can reasonably distribute the total flow of the heating system. The principle of the balancing valve is the inverse adjustment in the valve body. When the pressure at the inlet increases, the diameter is automatically reduced to reduce the change of flow, and vice versa. If reversed, this adjustment system will not work. Moreover, the valve plate that plays the role of adjustment is directional, and the reverse pressure can even reduce or even close the flow. Since the installation of the balance valve is for better heating, there is no problem of reverse installation. If it is the reverse, it is a human error, and of course it will be corrected. The balance valve belongs to the category of regulating valve. Its working principle is to change the Car Washing Gun  flow resistance of the fluid flowing through the valve by changing the gap (ie the opening) between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow.

 

The balance valve is equivalent to a throttling element whose local resistance can be changed. For incompressible fluids, it can be obtained from the flow equation. Kv is the valve coefficient of the balance valve. Its definition is: when the differential pressure before and after the balance valve is 1bar (about 1kgf/cm2), the flow value (m3/h) flowing through the balance valve. If the opening degree of the balance valve remains unchanged, the valve coefficient Kv remains unchanged, that is to say, the valve coefficient  is determined by the opening degree.

 

Through the actual measurement to obtain the valve coefficient under different opening degrees, the balance valve can be used as a throttling element for quantitatively adjusting the flow. When the pipeline network is balanced and debugged, the pressure measuring valve of the debugged balance valve is connected to the special intelligent instrument with a hose. , after inputting the required flow value at the balance valve to the meter, the meter obtains the opening value of the valve when the pipeline system reaches the hydraulic balance through calculation and analysis. The balance valve belongs to the category of regulating valve. Its working principle is to change the flow resistance of the fluid flowing through the valve by changing the gap between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow. 1. The opening degree of the balance valve should not be changed at will. After the installation of the pipe network system is completed and the test conditions are met, use a special intelligent instrument to debug and adjust all the balance valves, and lock the opening degree of each valve, so that the pipeline network can achieve a balance of hydraulic conditions. . During the normal operation of the pipe network system, the opening of the balance valve should not be changed at will, especially the opening locking device should not be changed. 2. There is no need to install the globe valve. When overhauling a loop, the balance valve on the loop can be closed. At this time, the balance valve acts as the globe valve to cut off the water flow. After the overhaul, it will return to the original locked position. Therefore, if the balance valve is installed, it is not necessary to install the stop valve.
