What are the general types of disposable packaging boxes?

At present, most of the disposable packing boxes on the market are made of polystyrene raw materials extracted from petroleum, plus a foaming agent, and heated and foamed. Polystyrene is an extremely widely used polymer material, which has the characteristics of low toxicity, high melting point, strong plasticity, and easy production. Therefore, it has become the material of choice for making disposable  lunch boxes. Disposable packaging boxes mainly include paper, starch, plastic and rare metals. At present, the foam and calcium carbonate lunch boxes on the market have gradually been disallowed by consumers and national policies and their consumption has been reduced. The current types of lunch boxes are environmentally friendly lunch boxes, especially corn starch lunch boxes, which are not only environmentally friendly, but also can solve the problem of large-scale production of farmers’ grain income increase and fine processing. There are the following types of disposable lunch boxes: Starch-based disposable lunch boxes An edible quick lunch box with starch as the raw material. As the name suggests, it is made of starchy plants as raw materials, adding dietary fiber and other edible additives after stirring. It is kneaded and refined by techniques such as biological compounding, polysaccharide cross-linking, calcium ion chelation, etc. It consists of four parts: a dense layer, an inner waterproof layer, a rubber mesh layer and an outer waterproof layer. Cardboard-type disposable lunch box The cardboard quick lunch box is made of 300-350 grams of bleached sulphate wood pulp paperboard, which is made by die-cutting bonding or die-cutting pressing, shaping and other processes through a stamping process similar to sheet processing. In order to prevent oil or water seepage, it is necessary to coat the surface or apply chemical additives. In the process of production and use, it is non-toxic and has no side effects to the human body. However, the quality requirements for cardboard are higher, and the cost is also increased.
