Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Chop the green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.Add green chillies, ginger, and stir for a few seconds. Lauki tamater ka sabzi (Bottle gourd-tomato dish) Ingredients    Bottle gourd – 1 mediumDesi ghee – 3 tbspGreen chillies – 2 nosTomatoes – 2 mediumGinger – 1 tspCumin seeds – 1 tspBlack pepper powder – ½ tspTurmeric powder – ½ tspSalt – To tasteTo garnish Coriander leaves, chopped – 1 tbspPreparationPeel, wash and cut bottle gourd into small dices.Ingredients  Add bottle gourd, ½ cup of water and mix well.In a pressure cooker, heat airless cream jar Factory 1 tsp ghee and splutter cumin.Put the lid on and cook up to three whistles on medium heat.Add chopped onion, chopped garlic, red chillies and sauté until it turns golden..Put the lid on and cook up to three whistles on medium heat. Add soaked dal and cook until done.Add bottle gourd, ½ cup of water and mix well. Cabbage thoran (Stir fried cabbage with coconut)Ingredients       Curry leaves – a few sprigsTurmeric powder – a pinchRed chillies powder – a pinchCoconut oil – As required Salt – to tasteLemon juice (optional) – 1 lemonPreparation:Splutter mustard seeds in coconut oil and add whole red chillies, curry leaves, shallots, slit green chillies and ginger juliennes.When the cabbage is sautéd well, add the grated coconut.Serve hot in a bowl.Add shredded cabbage, turmeric powder and salt.Add spinach, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and salt, and sauté for two minutes. Sauté on high flame.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it mashes.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot in a bowl.Take a pan and heat ghee and splutter mustard seed, cumin seed and red chillies.Wash and chop the tomatoes.Add the cooked dal to the mixture and boil.Serve hot with rice.Serve hot with rice.Heat oil in a pan. Add it to the dal.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Add turmeric, salt and pepper and stir
