The advantages and disadvantages of the front and rear reticle of the scope

The reticle of the scope mainly has two front and rear. The front is the reticle placed at the back of the objective lens group and also includes a field lens. The main thing is the embodiment of a situation in the front of the revolver.
The rear position means that the reticle is placed at the back of the revolving lens. Now the main one is the front of the eyepiece group, one is the objective lens group, and the other is the eyepiece group. The difference is here.
Front: The advantage of the front is that no matter at any magnification, as long as it needs to be used for ranging or when it is used to assist the aiming of the reticle, the aiming point and the ranging point of the front equipment are Will not be affected by magnification.
Rear: Speaking of the advantages of the rear, because this reticle is behind the mirror group, so for us, no matter which magnification the reticle is adjusted to, it has no effect on us. It will feel the same thickness, and will not be affected by this magnification in the slightest, and will not change because of its change.
Generally, it has the ranging ability at the lowest times. So when we buy it, we will pay attention to whether this distance measurement is delineated at a certain fixed magnification, and if it is at high magnification, it can only play a role in magnification.
Disadvantages of front and rear:
Front: We all know that when the reticle is in front of the rotating mirror group, if this magnification is enlarged, then once a small spot appears on the reticle, it will also be infinitely enlarged. It is very affected. Beautiful.
And if the reticle is at low power, once it becomes the standard thickness, then at high power you will see that it seems to become very thick, and in this way, the aim of the small target will be certain. Difficulties.
But sometimes some reticles are relatively thin at low magnifications. The purpose of this is to keep the reticles from becoming thicker at high magnifications. But this has a drawback, because when it is at a low power, it will affect the line of sight when we are aiming because the line is too thin.
Rear: The disadvantage of the rear is that if the magnification is enlarged, there will be any change in the reticle, even if it becomes larger or smaller, it has no effect. Therefore, when the magnification changes, then These original ranging points and the previous trajectory correction points have no effect at all.
