1. The user should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations. The operation of the geared motor and the problems found in the inspection should be carefully recorded. It should be stopped in case of normal noise and other phenomena, check the cause, troubleshoot the fault, and replace the lubricating oil before continuing to run.
2. When changing the oil, wait for the geared motor to cool down and there is no danger of burning, but it should be kept warm, because after cooling, the viscosity of the oil will increase and it will be difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent accidental power on.
3. After 200~300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed twice. In the future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Generally, for the geared motor that works continuously for a long time , Change the new oil according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year, and the geared motor that has been out of service for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before re-operation. The same oils with different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
